What You’ll Do

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Complete parent-authorized school pickups
  • Provide point-to-point transportation only
  • Follow strict pickup, verification, and drop-off procedures
  • Communicate with dispatch as needed

What This Role Is Not:

This service is not for:

  • Not rideshare
  • Not childcare or babysitting
  • No supervision beyond transportation
  • No waiting with children

Compensation & Employment Type

Scheduling: Assigned shifts + on-call rotations (varies by pilot needs)

  • W-2 employee position
  • Hourly pay + performance incentives (as applicable)
  • Mileage/reimbursement policy communicated during onboarding

Service Area: Collin County, Texas (Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney and nearby

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum age: 30

  • Valid Texas driver’s license

  • Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI or reckless driving)

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Comfortable working professionally with school-age children

  • Able to pass background checks and onboarding training
